Exhibit your work at Daemen University’s All High Art Exhibit, where our judges award thousands in annually renewable Daemen Visual and Performing Arts scholarships to exceptional high school junior and seniors.

ANNUALLY RENEWABLE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS
As part of this juried exhibit, students who display work that is determined to be of extraordinary quality by our judges, will be award annually renewable scholarships eligible for any program in Daemen’s Visual & Performing Arts Department. Award recipients must apply to a Daemen Visual & Performing Arts major of their choice by May 2026.

Daemen’s Arts Management B.S. program is opening a new submission category for the All High Art Exhibition this year.
The Arts Management program allows graduates to work in meaningful leadership positions in both non-profit or profit arts organizations or become successful, self-sustaining artists. Professional positions include Artistic Director, Marketing Director, Development Director, Grants Officer, Education Director, Public Relations Specialist, Festival Director.
So if you or a student you know leads theatre productions or creative clubs, has a keen eye on business and the arts, or sees themselves directing artistic festivals– this may be the perfect fit.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Preparing Your Submission: Both physical and digital submissions are welcomed. Please view the Artwork Guidelines and Submission Conditions sections below. All physical work must have a gallery tag attached when submitting. This can be filled out at the artwork drop off.
Physical Submissions: Artwork is delivered to Daemen’s Tower Gallery inside the Main Street entrance of the Nancy Haberman Gacioch Center for Visual & Performing Arts on 01/22/26 & 01/23/26 from 3-6PM. In the event of inclement weather or other any other obstacle, please email vpa@daemen.edu.

OPENING AWARD CEREMONY
Join us for the exhibition’s opening ceremony where our Visual & Performing Arts faculty celebrate all our gallery participants and award all Art Exhibition Scholarship Awards to our junior and senior winners.

Physical Submissions:
2D work is limited to the maximum size of 4' x 4'.
3D work should be no larger than 5’ in dimension: height, width, or depth.
All work on paper, including photographs, must be matted securely with backing material.
All 2D work, including paintings on canvas or panel must be framed and/or have wire attached for hanging.
Each work must include a completed gallery tag fastened to the front of each entry.
Digital submissions:
Digital submissions may be uploaded any time before the submission deadline on 1/23/26 @ 11:59PM
Digital file guidelines:
Name all files with the following naming convention: “LastName-FirstName-Title”
Image files accepted: JPG, JPEG, PDF, TIFF, or PNG
Image files should have a resolution above 72 pixels per inch (72ppi)
Video files accepted: MP4, AVI, or MOV
Maximum file size is 25MB
Collect all submission files and compress them into a single “zip file” (How to zip: Mac, Window)
Each 3D submission can include 1-3 of different angles to help the viewer understand the piece
Submission Tips:
Scanning 2D work at a high resolution provides to most faithful digital version of your piece.
When photographing 2D work make sure the piece is well lit, straight on the camera, clear and in focus.
Lighting your piece with natural light instead of fluorescent or LED lighting creates the best results.

Submissions:
Only junior and senior high school and homeschool student work may be submitted.
All entries must be submitted by art teachers.
Parents may submit work if the student is homeschooled.
Parents may submit work if the student’s school is not participating in the All High Exhibition.
Entries are limited to one per student. Art teachers may submit 3 pieces, one per student.
Submissions not complying with guidelines will not be exhibited.
Due to the scope of the show and the difficulty in placing a monetary value on the work, Daemen University will not accept responsibility for insuring works against loss or damage.
Scholarships:
Only senior students are eligible for scholarship awards.
Scholarship winners must submit their Daemen University application by April 1st to receive their scholarship.
Scholarship awards may only be used towards art majors.
Scholarships are renewed annually provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Unless there are extenuating circumstances, scholarship winners are required to be in attendance at the exhibition opening to receive their award.
Entry Release Form Content:
*Exhibition entrants are required to sign a release form when submitting work either in-person or online.
The terms and conditions of that release form are stated below:
I hereby give DAEMEN UNIVERSITY the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, with respect to the video and/or photographs of my artwork which I have submitted:
a) To copyright the same in the University’s own name or any other name that the University may use.
b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other video and/or photographs, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion and advertising and trade.
c) To use my name and likeness (photography) in connection therewith if the University so chooses.
I herby release and discharge DAEMEN UNIVERSITY from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the video and/or photographs, that includes my artwork, including any and all claims for libel.
This authorization and release shall also ensure the benefit of the legal representatives, licenses and assigns of DAEMEN UNIVERSITY, as well as the person(s) for whom the video and/or photographs were taken.
I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof.
